Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a route truck, servicing and selling to an existing customer base, and handling uniforms, mats, towels, and other facility services on a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor schedule.

The position emphasizes a solid base salary with commission potential, a mostly 4-day workweek, and no mandatory nights or weekends, with monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification is required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsabilités

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
