Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route service involves delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and related products along an established path, with a focus on service and sales within an existing customer base.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek, minimal nights or weekends, and a base salary with commission potential after route assignment, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
