Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell to an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services, in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and ability to meet DOT medical certification requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork to serve customers on route.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
