Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemicals and other facility service products.

Qualifications

Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
Active driver's license required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must obtain DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation of prior employment

Responsibilities

You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards, and proactively resolve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
