Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services, with a focus on customer relationships and on-time service.

This position offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment and a predominantly 4-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required and must meet DOT driving requirements.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to provide prior employment documentation.
• High School diploma or GED or Military Service is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
