Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route vehicle, service and sell to an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

This role offers a comprehensive training program, solid base salary with commission, a 4-day workweek, and mostly day shifts without nights or weekends, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
