Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route service includes delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services, on a primarily 4-day schedule with limited nights or weekends.

Ideal candidates will meet DOT requirements, hold an active license, and bring strong customer service with self-motivation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• High school diploma or GED or military service is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
