Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a regulated vehicle along an established route, deliver and pickup uniforms and facility services products, and build rapport with key decision makers.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek in many cases, and minimal nights or weekends. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
