Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and other facility products on a fixed route. This is a physical, fast-paced on-site role requiring DOT-compliant driving and strong customer service.

The position offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek for the majority of roles, and bonuses/incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• DOT requires active driver’s license, DOT medical certification, and age 21+.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and handle a physical, fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and act as the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory responsibly.
• Adhere to driving and vehicle regulations while delivering service.
