Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. This role involves driving a route, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

The position emphasizes a 4-day workweek for the majority of routes, with no regular nights or weekends. Strong base salary plus commission and incentives are offered, along with extensive training and career development

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
