Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

This role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after routing is assigned, a 4-day workweek for most, and bonuses based on performance. No nights or weekends for the majority of shifts, with extensive training and advancement

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
