Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position with delivery and pickup of uniforms and related products. The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment and a four-day workweek for the majority of schedules.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• High school diploma or GED; military service considered.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
