Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products along an established route. This is a physical, fast-paced role with a strong emphasis on service and safety.

The position offers a 4-Day workweek for many routes, no nights or weekends, and bonuses based on performance. Training is provided, with a starting hourly rate prior to route assignment.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lb.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
