Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast-paced role with solid base salary, commission potential, and

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Age 21+ and ability to provide prior employment documentation.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety practices.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
