Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, shop supplies and more. The position offers a solid base salary, commissions, a 4‑day workweek and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification required
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to grow the customer base.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional safety practices.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
