Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced position with indoor/outdoor duties delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical products and other facility services. The role offers a solid base salary with commissions after routing is assigned, a majority 4-day workweek, and no

Qualifications

• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
