Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products.

The role is physical and fast-paced, with most schedules designed around a 4-day workweek and no regular nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
• Manage and service routes, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery/pickup.
• Negotiate service renewals and maintain inventory while following safety protocols.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
