Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services. The role offers a solid base salary with commission after route assignment, a 4-day workweek majority, no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to upsell.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
