Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products, indoors and outdoors.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and potential bonuses on performance. Most shifts are 4 days, with no nights or weekends in many routes.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required and must be 21+ years old.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained prior to first day of employment.
• Provide documentation of previous employment as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional safety standards.
• Comply with driving regulations and company vehicle policies.
