Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on an established route in Ohio. This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and collecting uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

The position emphasizes building relationships with customers, meeting DOT qualifications, and earning base pay plus commissions. Expect a 4-day workweek with bonuses and opportunity for advancement within a national service

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for operating a regulated vehicle (>10,000 lbs).
• Active driver's license required; 21+ years old; DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and serve customers on assigned routes.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety standards.
