Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck, service and upsell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and cleaning products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
Active driver's license, be at least 21, and obtain DOT medical certification.
Provide documentation regarding prior employment.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely and professionally.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
