Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. The role includes a comprehensive 10-week training program and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• DOT driving requirements: must meet all requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
