Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility services on a fast-paced route-based schedule.

You will be the primary ambassador for Cintas to customers, building trust with decision makers, ensuring service quality, and expanding the customer base through upselling.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification required before start.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
