Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and cleaning products along an established route. The position offers a solid base salary plus commission and a majority 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, solving concerns, growing the existing base, and managing renewals and inventory while adhering to safety and driving

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• High School diploma or GED or Military service required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
