Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a route, delivering and picking up uniforms and cleaning products, and servicing existing customers on a fast-paced schedule.

You will build strong relationships with customers, upsell additional products, and ensure compliance with DOT and safety standards while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Active drivers license required or able to obtain one.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
