Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, and deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility services.

As the face of Cintas, you will build relationships with key decision makers, maintain quality standards, and handle inventory while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• DOT requires driving a regulated vehicle >10,000 lbs.
• Active drivers license required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
