Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing base, delivering uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

This role offers a solid base salary with commissions, typically a 4-day workweek for many routes, and no nights or weekends, plus ongoing training and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and 21+ years old.
• DOT medical certification.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
