Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and facility services.

The role includes a comprehensive 10-week training program with an initial hourly rate, a solid base salary with commission, and a typical 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends. Bonuses and incentives are offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
• Proven strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a teamwork-driven environment.
• Organizational skills to manage routes and schedules.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
