Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service, and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role requiring driving, loading, and unloading of uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services. Expect comprehensive training and performance-based bonuses as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
