Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a regulated vehicle to service and sell within an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

The role features a 10-week training program with a starting hourly rate, a solid base salary with commission potential after routing, and a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends. Bonuses and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver’s license is required.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements and be 21+ with a DOT medical certificate.
• Provide documentation of prior employment upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and be the face of Cintas to customers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while following safety rules.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
