Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. The position offers a 4-Day workweek with no nights or weekends and a clear path to commissions based on route performance.

Qualifications

• Meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification must be obtained.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High school diploma or GED or military service required.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety rules.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
