Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck on an established route, service current customers, and upsell products such as uniforms, towels, and cleaning supplies.

This is a fast-paced, physical role with a 10-week training program, mostly four-day weeks, and no nights or weekends. Competitive base pay plus commissions and incentives, with opportunities for advancement and skill development.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements.
• 21+ years of age and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
