Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services on an established route.

It is a fast-paced, physical position with a 4-day workweek for the majority of scenarios, and no nights or weekends are required in most cases. Training is provided, and compensation includes base pay with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required and DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
