Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive on an established route to service and upsell a range of facility products, including uniforms and cleaning supplies.

This on-site role offers solid base pay with commission, a 4-day workweek for many routes, and bonuses. Candidates must meet DOT requirements, hold a valid license, and be at least 21 with a DOT medical certificate.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
