Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services, acting as the face of Cintas to customers and building strong relationships with key decision makers.

This is a fast-paced, 4-day workweek role with no nights or weekends for most routes.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork
• A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
