Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility services along an established route.

The position emphasizes a solid base salary with commission potential, a 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekend work. The role requires meeting DOT driving requirements, maintaining a valid license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and be able to operate a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certificate before first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
