Job summary

Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative in the Rental division to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms and related supplies, building rapport with customers and upselling where appropriate.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends for the majority, plus training, base pay with commission potential, and performance bonuses as you grow the route.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and 21+ years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
