Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements of the role.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Age 21 or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
