Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products. The role offers a solid base salary with commissions after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and schedules with no nights or weekends in most cases, plus

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while driving professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
