Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Team members drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and cleaning products.

The position offers a 10-week training program, a base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek, and most shifts with no nights or weekends, plus performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certificate required.
• High School diploma or GED or military service; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
