Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products across a fast-paced, outdoor/indoor environment.

The role emphasizes building rapport with decision makers, meeting DOT driving requirements, and contributing to a high-service standard while advancing through a comprehensive training program

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.

• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
