Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products on a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor schedule.

The role emphasizes a strong customer service orientation, DOT compliance, outdoor work, and opportunities for base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
