Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This role is physical, fast-paced, indoors and outdoors, with responsibilities delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services. The position emphasizes teamwork and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
