Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route to service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with indoor/outdoor duties. Qualifications include DOT compliance, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Maintain and grow the existing customer base through upsell/cross-sell.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory controls.
• Ensure adherence to safety and vehicle regulations.
