Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route drivers service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and other facility products on a physical, fast‑paced route.

This role emphasizes building rapport with customers, upholding quality standards, and upselling additional products while complying with DOT and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
