Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products, in a physical, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, maintaining quality standards, and upselling additional products and services while complying with DOT and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling of products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
