Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, and a compensation mix of base salary plus commissions. Comprehensive 10-week training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOB medical certification required per DOT.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
