UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Manager in Tampa to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives delivering to multiple customers daily. You will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, build strong customer relationships, and work with location leadership to provide excellent service and programs while negotiating contract renewals.
