UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick garments, and grow customer relationships with a focus on reliability and safety.

You will operate on a daytime schedule, with on-going opportunities to upsell products and contribute to service excellence. This field-based role is ideal for energized individuals who thrive on independent, customer-facing work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance: meet all Department of Transportation requirements including a physical exam.
• Educational requirements: high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new technologies.
• Physical stamina: lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on the assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of each day.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and reliability.
• Engage in an active role with indoor and outdoor work environments.
