Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales team, onboard new hires, and drive excellence in sales, delivery, and customer service across multiple routes. This role emphasizes hands-on coaching and performance improvement within a fast-paced regional environment.

The trainer will work with management to assess market trends, implement best practices, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining safety standards and strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing is required.
• Two years hands-on business management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Margin Minder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the sales team, including onboarding new employees in sales, delivery, customer service and operations.
• Provide initial and ongoing training to sales employees and monitor training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales Center Manager and District Sales Manager to discuss market trends and growth opportunities.
• Create reports to document observations and outcomes for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
